The Lib Dems have secured a massive election success in Tiverton and Honiton. Richard Foord overturned a 27,000 majority, winning with a margin of over 6,000- the biggest turnaround of a majority in political history.

Pippa, speaking soon after her return from Devon where her and a team helped secure this stunning victory said:

“I could not be happier with this result. Richard Foord will make a fantastic MP, and what a speech he just gave! This is a devastating blow for the Conservatives and a clear message to Boris Johnson and those Tory MPs who continue to prop him up. People have had enough! They want change”.

“This win shows we can beat the Conservatives anywhere. People know that the Lib Dems care about the issues facing their communities and families and offer something better.  Here in South Cambridgeshire, Conservative MP Anthony Browne has only a 2,904 majority leaving it on a knife-edge at the next general election- a mere fraction of the swing we achieved in Tiverton and Honiton. I will be working tirelessly until the next election to secure that victory”.
